Utility rebates

Manilla Municipal Utilities has partnered with Bright Energy Solutions LLC to give our residents an opportunity to cut down on utilities costs. To view our list of active rebates and their associated forms, click here.

To submit a rebate for approval, you may deliver a completed rebate form with supporting documentation to the utilities office at 166 6th Ave in Manilla, or, you can email a completed form with supporting documentation to rebate@brightenergysolutions.com
