The majority of units in Manilla's home market are single family homes, but apartments and rental properties are also available. Housing in Manilla is more affordable compared to the larger urban areas nearby, and additionally, low-income housing options are available for individuals meeting criteria.
The City of Manilla is committed to securing funding for the rehabilitation, development, and maintainence of community housing. At the present time, the City of Manilla has access to a housing program in which first-time homeowners can be awarded up to $35,000 on their home down payment. Manilla's Sunrise Addition — Free home lots
There are 16 new single-family home lots available through MEDCorp's Sunrise Addition Phase II expansion. If eligible, you are entitled to a home lot through the new expansion for completely free.
